In 1999, I realised that I only had a few copies of my original poetry books left. Rather than try to make new copies, I decided to take my favorites from the first 3 books and add them to the new poems I had written. Poetry, for me, presents one fleeting moment of emotional perspective, moments that are real and crucial, but also temporal. This collection both longs for nostalgia and surrenders to change.
